Chrissy Landis, MACMHC, LPC-Associate #100348
(Supervised by Eryn Whiting, M.A., LPC-S #79392)

Chrissy believes therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical, intimidating, or like you have to show up with the “right” words. She works with adults and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, difficult relationships, and major life transitions. She is especially passionate about working with veterans, first responders, and people who have learned to survive by pushing through, staying strong, or taking care of everyone else.
Her approach is genuine, compassionate, and down-to-earth. You won’t find a blank stare and a clipboard across the room from you. She wants therapy to be a space where you can be completely human—where you can sit with the hard things, challenge patterns keeping you stuck, and sometimes laugh in the middle of it all.
She is trained in EMDR and use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches tailored to you. Sometimes healing means processing painful experiences. Other times, it means quieting an anxious mind, setting boundaries, rebuilding your sense of self, or understanding why certain patterns keep showing up. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. You can start exactly where you are.
